The Residency
The Residency offers sustained support as you reconnect with yourself, navigate what is changing, and bring the life or work you are shaping into deeper alignment with who you are. During our time together, we will bring inner work and outer-world strategy into the same relationship. I’ve spent my career working across both sides of that divide, only to discover that they were never truly separate.
We always begin with the inner world, and sometimes that is where the work remains: offering steady support through a transition, threshold, or period of profound change, while the outer world reorganises around what is shifting within.
At other times, the environment itself is part of what needs to be understood. When it serves the work, I can step into that wider field with you, exploring the relationships, systems, projects, or organisations shaping your experience.
The depth and direction of that involvement are something we discover together, once we understand what this season is truly asking of you.
