Bar 5 Day at The Culinary Institute of America, 2026

Bar 5 Day is an advanced beverage program hosted at the Culinary Institute of America, bringing together leading bartenders and hospitality professionals from around the world for one of the most challenging courses in the industry.
Each attendee received an individual Hex, reflected in a central collective piece that mapped the unique constellation of the experience. As participants returned home, from Singapore to South Africa, across Europe and the United States, the Hexes dispersed into the world, carrying the Magik of that moment forward.
