A concentrated container to reset your system, reconnect with yourself, and integrate what’s ready to shift. Whether this is before a launch, after a rupture, or in the middle of a life transition. Over roughly ten days, we move through three touchpoints designed to build on each other: an opening session where we go deep into what's actually asking to shift, a midpoint integration to metabolise what surfaced, and a closing session to anchor what's changed and chart what's next. Somatic breathwork is woven throughout whenever the body has something to say that the mind can't reach on its own. The schedule is personalised to each and every individuals specific situation, and could look something like this.
