Each connection begins with an Attunement Call, a chance to consciously connect, tune in together, feel into the resonance, and see what wants to unfold. If you’re ready to live and create with more authenticity, clarity, and heart, this is your invitation to connect and explore what’s possible together. Whether you’re rediscovering the magik in your own life, nurturing a creative vision, or aligning your work with your truth, I look forward to meeting you in that space. All pricing for future sessions will be discussed during our call and is bespoke to the energetic exchange that emerges through our connection.
Cancellation Policy
Here you will find the sacred agreements that hold and shape my invitation into a shared field of trust, respect, and responsibility. They’re here to uphold the integrity of our work together, so the space between us remains clear, conscious, and vibrantly alive. By entering into this container, you are entering into an energetic agreement to honour these principles as the foundation of our time together. Consent & Waiver Before we connect, please read the below. This ensures that we both enter the space with clarity, mutual understanding. Booking Individual Sessions Reschedules & Cancellations: If you need to reschedule, please do so with at least 24 hours notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be considered forfeited. Rescheduling in these cases will be at my discretion. Time is sacred: Arriving more than 10 minutes late without prior communication, may result in not be able to hold the space as intended, and it could result in being rescheduled or canceled at my discretion. Please note that sessions will end at the originally scheduled time to honour the energy of the container and other commitments. Refunds: Once you commit to this work, you’re choosing to step in fully. All bookings are final. No refunds will be given for missed sessions, as your space is energetically and practically held the moment you book. Exceptions may be made in rare and compassionate cases. Energetic Boundaries Between-Session Support: If anything comes up between sessions, I encourage you to make note of it and bring it into our next session. I also offer the option for a 30-minute integration call, which you’re welcome to book after our session using the private link I’ll include in a follow-up email. This is not therapy: Breathwork can be powerful and therapeutic as we adjust the frequencies that you’re attuned to, but it is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you're navigating acute mental health challenges, I encourage working alongside a licensed professional. Final Breath This work is a co-creation.
