how your pre-purchase works
When you purchase a crane, it will first become part of the installation. You’ll get to name it and share a personal wish or intention, which we’ll record and weave into the soundscape of the exhibit.
As visitors move through the space, your crane will soar above them, carrying your wish alongside the voices of others, inviting each person to infuse their own hopes and intentions into the spirit of the experience.
1000 Cranes becomes a space where individual energy converges with the collective, creating a unified field that powers moments of connection, reflection, and transformation.
Once the installation concludes, your crane will return home to you, infused with the communal energy of the experience. Timing may vary depending on the exhibit schedule and tour plans.

share a personal wish or intention to be woven into the soundscape of the exhibit, becoming part of the collective energy that fills the space. each wish will be recorded and integrated into the fabric of the installation, allowing your words and energy to resonate within the experience. your wish will not be individually identified, only felt as part of the greater whole.
🌍 updates & communication
throughout the journey, you’ll receive occasional updates about your crane’s role in the installation and the progress of the project. these updates will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout. be sure to mark us as safe, and not spam, so you don’t miss the magik.
📦 shipping details
shipping fees are collected at the time of purchase. once the installation concludes, you will be contacted via email to confirm or update your shipping address before your crane is sent. if we do not hear back after multiple attempts, your crane will be held safely until we receive further instruction.
🎁 gifting & transfers
if you are purchasing a crane as a gift, you’ll receive an email with a link to the submission form. please forward this email to the recipient so they can name their crane and submit their wish. all cranes will be shipped to the original purchaser unless otherwise confirmed at the time of final address verification, prior to shipping.
