MEDITASTINGS
A Meditasting is a simple practice designed to help you slow down and bring your awareness into connection with various sensory pathways. The two i've included here in this playlist cover the senses of taste and smell, in preparation for Bar 5 Day, where those will be the senses that will guide you through a lot of your studies. Rather than focusing on getting things “right,” it invites you to notice how flavour and aroma move through your body, so you can develop a deeper, more personal relationship with them. You’ll find more detailed guidance for each Meditasting practice in the captions of their respective videos.
