About Your Facilitators
Mattias Dylan Horseman
Mattias is an artist and hospitality educator whose work explores how creativity, consciousness, and energetic awareness can reshape culture. After 15 years in global hospitality, he stepped away from being a brand ambassador to heal from burnout and reconnect with the deeper purpose of service. He returns now as a Co-Founder of Finding Magik - A Creative Life Agency with a renewed understanding of The Spirit of Hospitality, serving as the wellness advocate on the faculty of Bar 5 Day and sits on the council of Mad Honey Culinary Studio, inviting a deeper cross-cultural exploration of the energetic foundations guiding the future of hospitality.
Shannon Alette Krol
Shannon is an artist and experiential guide whose work blends beauty, ritual, and embodied practice to help people reconnect with their inner world. Co-Founder of Finding Magik - A Creative Life Agency, and a council member at Mad Honey Culinary Studio, she weaves art and restorative practices into offerings rooted in intention and self-return. Formerly the founder of Actionable Craft, a hospitality consulting and events company, she shifted her focus after burnout to create work that supports inner restoration and creative renewal.
Together, we believe in inner hospitality before outer hospitality - tending to the self so we can move through the world with clarity, presence, and genuine care. The Migration is our offering back to the community that shaped us.
